The new R29X, complete with our new fully-integrated Silent Cocking System, hits a new pinnacle of speed at an incredible 450 FPS. The length remains 29 inches, and when fully drawn, the R29X is 6 inches axle-axle and weighs a light 6.75 pounds. Including an ergonomic grip, this crossbow is easy to maneuver in tight spaces and gives hunters and shooters great control without sacrificing comfort. Available in Predator Dusk Camo, exclusive to Ravin Crossbows.

TECHNOLOGY

Heli-Coil Technology

The engine behind all Ravin crossbows.  This revolutionary technology has several industry changing advantages that all work together to create the most accurate crossbow ever designed. HeliCoil technology coils cables away from both the top and bottom of the cams in helical grooves keeping the cams perfectly balanced. This allows the cams to rotate an incredible 340 degrees, while remaining perfectly level when drawing and shooting. This revolutionary design creates an incredibly compact crossbow with lightning speed and rifle-like downrange accuracy.

Frictionless Flight System

With this patented pending technology, the arrow and string float above the flight rail eliminating friction for consistent accuracy and increased string and cable life. This unique part of the HeliCoil system helps deliver unmatched downrange accuracy with every shot

Trac-Trigger Firing System

A patented built-in trigger mechanism that slides forward on the rail and clasps directly to the precise center of the string every time the bow is drawn, allowing for straight-line nock travel. This unique Helicoil advantage creates a perfectly balanced draw for unmatched down rangeaccuracy with every shot.

SILENT for 2020 Versa-Draw Cocking System

One of the revolutionary design advantages provided by HeliCoil technology is the Versa-Draw Cocking System. Working in conjunction with the Trac-Trigger Firing System this ultra-compact fully integrated cocking mechanism is built into the sleek stock design. Featuring a minimal 12-pounds cocking force the Versa-Draw Cocking System is ambidextrous and has the ability to easily cock and un-cock the Ravin crossbow. The upgraded patented system that's critical to providing unmatched downrange accuracy, is now SILENT in 2020 and available on the R29X, R29X Sniper and R29Sniper Models.
