Many camp chairs, while comfortable, are often bulky, heavy, and take up a lot of room when folded. The new Axis is designed to be lightweight and minimally sized for easy storage and transportation. When stowed in its carry bag, the folded chair measures 6"x3"x16" and weighs only 1 lb., 14 oz. Deployed, the Axis expands to 22.5"x24"x21" to provide a comfortable, slightly reclined seating configuration that is ideal for sitting around the campfire, on the lake, or at the beach.
The 420D polyester honeycomb ripstop fabric surrounds a nylon mesh center fabric to deliver a 250-lb. weight capacity. The mesh center panel ensures airflow to prevent sweat buildup and to keep campers cool on those sweltering summer nights. The compact foldable design comes courtesy of all-aluminum frame construction. The mesh carry bag features clips that secure the bag to the front of the chair frame, allowing it to serve as an accessory pouch.
