Hunting under a blanket has been a quick, easy, and effective way to blend into that perfect spot in a hurry. As convenient as it is, however, there is always one MAJOR problem: having to throw the entire blanket out of the way in order to raise your gun and shoot. Many a volley has been frustratingly missed as you take aim at tail feathers due to a cumbersome blanket.
You can call confidently under the concealment of the blanket and face shield, slide your arms through the arm holes when the time is right, sit up, and shoot unrestricted while wearing the blanket like a ghillie suit. Quickly and easily lay back down without having to awkwardly throw a blanket around.
