A 10-mile stretch of critical elk and riparian habitat
highlighted by Wyoming’s scenic Grand Canyon of the Black Hills is now
permanently protected. The accomplishment represents a collaborative effort
between landowners, Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments and State
Forestry, and conservation organizations including the Rocky Mountain Elk

major defense contract
A specialized group from the U.S. Department of
Defense has purchased an undisclosed amount of 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition from
Hornady for its long-range sniper platform. The 6.5 Creedmoor was tested and

NRA to cancel competitions
Due to the current state of affairs surrounding
COVID-19, the uncertainties associated with this pandemic at present, and
shutdowns across our country that has impeded vital preparatory work, the
National Rifle Association has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020
NRA Precision Pistol Championships scheduled for July 1-5, 2020, 2020 NRA High
Power Championships scheduled for August 9-25, 2020 and the 2020 NRA Smallbore
