Ohio Free Day at the Range August 14
Recreational shooters are invited to visit any of Ohio’s premier public shooting ranges on Saturday, Aug. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during Free Range Day, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife. On this date, the shooting range permit requirement is waived at all Division of Wildlife Class A, B, and C shooting ranges. Find more information HERE.

Nebraska fall turkey permits available beginning Aug. 9
A fall turkey permit is valid statewide and allows a hunter to harvest two turkeys of either sex with a shotgun or archery equipment. Each hunter may have up to two permits. Find out more HERE.

Counts show sharp drop in sharptails in east-central Minnesota
