With the 4 durable, stainless steel stuffing tubes, you can easily make deli meats for aging and smoking, all types of sausages and small diameter snack sticks. The sausage stuffer comes with a 13 mm tube for snack sticks, 20 mm for pepperoni and bratwurst, 30 mm for summer sausage, and 40 mm for luncheon meats.
