The standard MICRO battery tray is replaced by the included rechargeable lithium battery pack (LIT-10) which is charged by the efficient on board solar panel charger.  A $49.99 value!

The robust detection circuit will detect motion out to 80 feet at a 42 degree field of view and a 0.5 second trigger, so you'll have plenty of intel on what's happening around your property.  The link-micro provides photos only (no video), but does have multi-shot mode capabilities.  10 Megapixel images transmit quickly over the LTE network while providing plenty of horn counting clarity.  Four powerfull infrared LEDs provide surprising night time detail even out to 80 feet without spooking the wariest bucks.

Initial set-up is a breeze since everything is controlled from the Spypoint Link smartphone app.  Simply insert batteries and a MicroSD card, power up the camera and scan the Sim card ID with your smartphone.  The intuitive app will lead you through the rest of the set-up including selecting either the FREE 100 photos/month data plan or a paid option that best fits your budget and scouting routine.
