This beautiful rifle from the Midwest fills the need for an affordable AR that you can trust to be built right. Chambered in .223 Wylde, which was designed to maximize the ballistics of both .223 Rem. and 5.56 NATO, these GLFA AR15 rifles feature a 16" 416r stainless steel finish with a 1:8” twist. These rifles use M4 feed ramps. The heavy barrel incorporates a carbine-length gas tube, with 0.750 Gas Block. The barrel is threaded in 1/2x28 and is fitted with a ported compensator hand tightened to the firearm. Each barrel is surrounded by a 15.25" 6061 aluminum M-Lok handguard with a full picatinny rail on top, allowing you to attach the different accessories you may require.
Featuring a 7075 forged upper and lower receiver, it weighs in at 6.8lbs. Great Lakes Firearms are highly recognizable due to their vibrant colors and beautiful finish.
