Best pack for deer hunters? Whitetail Caddy

The Whitetail Caddy is what you get when you ask a group of veteran whitetail hunters to design the perfect pack. If you can’t fit it in this, you don’t need it in your treestand or blind. It’s outfitted with a total of 18 pockets and pouches (seven outside, 11 inside) in addition to a spacious main compartment. The exterior is durable, quiet, high-count tricot polyester that defies attempts by burs, leaves and thorns to grab and hang on. Branches will glide softly across its surface without spooking nearby game as you brush by. A water-resistant polyurethane laminate protects the pack and its contents from rain and snow. All seams are double-stitched and bound for superior strength and durability. Both adjustable padded shoulder straps are equipped with MOLLE loops to which you can fasten additional gear. The waist belt is fully adjustable 1.5-in. nylon webbing, but if you’d rather not use it, there are two hidden pockets between the back panel and pack for it to slide into. Sternum cross straps also adjust to secure the pack so your arms stay completely free. Don’t want to use sternum straps? No worries. They’re easily removed and stowed. A contoured, ventilated, compression-molded back panel promotes movement of air between you and the pack for optimal carrying comfort. Reversible, adjustable, and removable external compression straps facilitate carrying additional gear or a bow on the way in, but can also be used to carry venison or antlers out. They’re also easily removed when not in use. The bottom of the pack is engineered to let it stand freely on its own next to you in a blind or, if you’re in a tree, the adjustable top loop handle can easily fasten to your stand or an adjacent limb to keep everything you need close. A pair of side pockets can carry a quiver, bipod or spotting scope. Exterior areas of the pack that cover the two main interior compartments conveniently flip over to expose pockets for rangefinders, phones, cameras, calls, binoculars, snacks or other items you’ll want quick access to. Don’t worry, the pack’s interior is camouflaged as well. You also have the option of folding the flap that covers the main compartment forward to create a small table-like surface for your lunch, extra shells or other items you’d like close by. The largest pocket in the main compartment can accommodate most hydration bladders and the pack is set up so a drinking tube can be easily accessed as well. Fleece lining in the pack’s top pocket makes it ideal for eyewear you don’t want scratched. All zippers are sturdy YKK®. When you consider all these features from a pack that weighs less than 4 lbs. at a price less than $100, you’ll recognize this NexGen Outfitters exclusive is an outstanding value. Imported.
