The EdgeCraft model E720 meat grinder is a kitchen prep workhorse which helps save money and allows for quality control over the food that is prepared. Durable cast metal construction and a large capacity die-cast metal hopper delivers reliable, long-lasting performance. The powerful 350-400-watt motor grinds up to 3.5 pounds of meat per minute. Engineered with an advanced gear drive system, this unit grinds even the toughest cuts of meats. The 3-way control switch lets users choose between grinding, stuffing, and reverse. This grinder includes 3 stainless steel plates to handle a variety of jobs (Fine: 3 mm; Medium: 4.5 mm and Coarse: 8mm) and also includes a sausage stuffing kit. Advanced design elements include a resettable motor overload protection. Fully equipped for optimal performance yet designed with a small footprint (9 ¾ L x 7" D x 14"H).
