The Browning BL-22 Grade II is the upgraded version of Browning’s classic rimfire lever-action rifle, combining fast handling, traditional walnut-and-blue styling, and the refined details that set the Grade II apart. Chambered for 22 Short, 22 Long, and 22 Long Rifle, the BL-22 is a versatile rimfire rifle suited for small game, field carry, informal target shooting, and anyone who appreciates a finely built lever-action .22.

What makes the BL-22 distinctive is its short 33-degree lever throw, which allows the action to cycle quickly and smoothly without the long stroke found on many traditional lever guns. Browning also designed the trigger to travel with the lever, helping prevent finger pinch while keeping the rifle natural and intuitive to run.

The Grade II model adds a more refined presentation with a scroll-engraved polished blued receiver, gloss American walnut stock with cut checkering, and Browning’s classic gold-plated trigger. The result is a rimfire lever gun that feels useful enough for the field, handsome enough to keep, and well-built enough to pass down.
