Chambered in the popular long distance 6.5 Creedmoor caliber, these GLFA AR10 rifles feature a 20" barrel with a 1:8” twist. These barrels have 5R rifling, as well as being double thermally stress-relieved and air-gauged. The 6.5 Creedmoor caliber is a phenomenal long-range cartridge, from long-distance precision shooting to hunting, 6.5 Creedmoor has a reduced bullet drop and flies straighter than its heavier .308 win counterpart. The heavy barrel incorporates a rifle-length gas tube, with 0.750 Gas Block. The barrel is threaded in 5/8x24 and is fitted with a ported compensator hand tightened to the firearm. Each barrel is surrounded by a 15.25" 6061 aluminum M-Lok handguard with a disrupted picatinny rail on top, allowing you to both attach the different accessories you may require and C-clamp the weapon to help increase stability.
Featuring a 7075 Billet Upper and Lower Receiver, it weighs in at 8.6lbs. Great Lakes Firearms are highly recognizable due to their vibrant colors and beautiful finish.
